Reminder to submit your online labour inspection declaration by 30 June 2025.

Written by ,
 13 June 2025.

As part of Cambodia’s ongoing efforts to strengthen labour compliance and workplace safety, all registered enterprises are required to submit the Online Self Declaration of Labour Inspection to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) twice a year—in June and December.

The declaration must be submitted through the official MLVT portal: https://sicms.mlvt.gov.kh

The June declaration must be completed and submitted no later than 30 June 2025. Failure to comply may result in administrative penalties or fines under Cambodian labour law.

What is the online self declaration?

This biannual filing requires enterprises to report on:

  • Workforce composition
  • Working conditions
  • Occupational health and safety measures
  • Compliance with labour standards

It is a critical tool for the Ministry to monitor and support fair and safe employment practices across the country.

What you need to do

  1. Log in to the SICMS portal: https://sicms.mlvt.gov.kh
  2. Complete the declaration with accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Submit before the 30 June deadline.

If your enterprise is not yet registered on the portal, we recommend completing the registration process as soon as possible.
